the successful civil prosecution of
Lu Davidson
(Lutrish Ann Davidson, akb the alias, "Sharon Highlander") for civil fraud and skipping out on repaying a $20,000 loan,
enabled by the fraudulent use of her sister Sharon's Kentucky
identity (which enabled the fraudulent billing of utilities in Malibu, in
violation of California state law; And which may have also enabled the
criminal interstate transport of a vehicle in violation of KY revised criminal statutes
(fraud in insolvency 517.080).
Lu Davidson appears to be hiding in the Cincinnati, OH area, possibly under the name of her sister (hey, if identity fraud worked once for Lu, why wouldn't older sister Sharon let the little baby of the family do it again?)
Based on Google searches for Lu and Sharon, it appears that Lu, Sharon and Bob Highlander are the only people coming into this page (as they have done for the TWO YEARS that that page has been up!
It now appears that Lu and/ or Sharon's sick family (or Lu's latest boyfriend/ drug supplier/ sugar daddy) use internet access by Road Runner, Broadwing/Cincinnati Bell, Adelphia Cable Communications and Fuse Internet.
What's cute is to see two incoming hits at the same time, indicating that these sick, lying hillbilly scum are talking to each other on cell phones and looking at this page from two locations at the same time, probably plotting their next fraud:

Lying bitches like Lu and Sharon and brain-dead hillbillies like Bob Highlander can't imagine Lu paying off her debts (or even PART of them!).
Instead, all these losers can imagine is trailer trash fraud and abuse and lies. Apparently, being abandoned by their insane mother and left in the care of their abusive, uncaring father has led both Lu and Sharon to feel ENTITLED... that men owe them a living and should be lied to and abused.
Speaking of whorish behavior, Lu seeks out older "sugar daddy" types to live with. Davidson apparently uses sex with these middle aged men for payment of her fundamental housing and living expenses. Her last known victim of this type was "Jerry" an unethical Los Angeles psychologist, 20 years her senior, who got so mad at his "patient" (with whom he was living and prescribing drugs) he finally assaulted her with a pistol in Santa Monica and then lost his license to practice psychology in California because he failed to inform the state's psychiatric board of the assault.
Lu's last known boyfriend, "Bob" (who she specifically said was a drug supplier, working the rich pot and coke heads of Malibu) helped her pack up her belongings from the rented garage apartment in Malibu where she lived (this, according to her former landlords who've said they'll never again rent to anyone -not after dealing with Lu Davidson).
Was there a drug supplier in Malibu REALLY named "Bob", or did Lu invent "Bob" and name him after Bob Highlander, her brother in law, simply because Lu was using Sharon Highlander's name fraudulently at the time?
Or did Bob Highlander actually help Lu clean out a storage locker in the San Fernando Valley
(where pledged collateral for the $20K loan she'd received
was stored) and then assist her to flee California with him driving a rental truck... helping
her to return to her white trash family roots in Cincinnati?
Lu Davidson left California in early 2000, driving this vehicle, a 1999 Toyota.
The car may have been purchased in the name of Sharon or Bob Highlander as part of
Lu Davidson's ongoing identity fraud, using the Highlander name.
Lu Davidson probably hasn't filed a federal tax return with the IRS since around 1990,
because she typically works as an "independent contractor". She has filed bankruptcy at least once and may have also
done it again in October, 2005, before changes in federal bankruptcy protection took place.
Despite her bad credit, she may have recently dealer-financed a new car in Cincinnati, trading-in the
Toyota she paid for in 1999 with some of the $20,000 she was loaned while she was living in Malibu.
If you know where Lu Davidson is and can provide that information to either Ohio or Kentucky state law enforcement or to Laser Radio, Inc, Laser Radio will begin a process of confirming your information. Upon confirmation of your lead, you will immediately receive a $200 payment and a letter from Laser Radio's attorney that, upon successful prosecution (even if it leads to Lu Davidson's bankruptcy) you will receive another $800. A court order has already been issued in Albany County, Wyoming for this woman's appearance, so she can face up to her obligations to repay $20,000, plus interest.
This P.O.S. woman defrauded Laser Radio of some $10,000 in the early 1990's with her lies and sickness. And then she outrightly ripped the company off for a $20,000 loan in 1999 and fled California for Kentucky in early 2000 and has been hiding out ever since.
According to a former friend in Cincinnati, whom she's contacted in the middle of the night, Lu probably still uses drugs to moderate and self-medicate her most acute mental illness symptoms (paranoia, manic depression and evidenced borderline psychosis, as she describes lights in her salt shakers and Bill Gate's face in the pixels of her TV set and CIA satellites watching her from overhead and cross dressing Chinese like Johnny Chung who are part of some international mob conspiracy that Lu, of course, is the the target of!)
