This web page describes how DCI Deputy Director, Kabin Wade Haller has shown a propensity to terrorize MULTIPLE lawful citizens with telephone harassment and then assign DCI agents and other resources to illegal surveillance, witness tampering and threats. One example is the use of DCI State Operations Commander, Forest Williams (aka "Frosty WIlliams") to perform witness tampering "So, we're on the same page?"- after the citizen in question got evidence against Kebin Haller collected and secured at Wyoming State Telecom (Kebin Haller called one citizen up in 2006, anonymously like a teenage jerk off, then hung up once the citizen acknowledged to the unknown caller that he had the right party. Haller did this, knowing that the law-biding citizen in Laramie was being threatened and described as being "dangerous"... by organized supporters of a state House gun bill that the citizen had lawfully (and effectively) opposed.

When the citizen got evidence (of Haller's abuse of two state laws) Haller sent two thugs to the citizen's house to threten him and deny him equal protection under Wyoming State law ("On the same page" with DCI means, "You fuck with us, citizen and we'll fuck with you any time we want because we're DCI) EVIDENCE shows that Haller abuses all kinds of people using state telephones. This woman's husband was a police officer at Warren AFB. If you don't do what Haller wants you to, he screams obscenities, disconnects your ability to call 911 for help and surrounds your house with agents...until his boss, DCI Director Forrest Bright learns of the abuse and puts little Kebin back in the DCI little boys room to play with himself.

When Kebin Haller called me anonymously, I answered. He did not identify himself and only asked, "Is this J___ G_______?" I said, "Yes Sir" and the mother fucker hung up.

My caller ID showed the state telephone number that had used to harass me. It was blocked when I tried to call it back. Within 10 minutes I'd captured the evidence of (Haller's) law-breaking use of state telephones (by capturing the switch data at State Telecom, which referred me to Haller himself!

I called him less than 15 minutes after he'd called me anonymously to harass me (when he knew I was getting emails from gun nut friends of State Representative Alan Jones of Park County.

When I called Haller, minutes after he'd tried to terrorize me anonymously, he was probably in the DCI little boy's room masturbating like a 14 year old telephone jerk off!

I left that message and then- when he didn't have the balls or integrity to call me back and esxplain why he'd called me and hung up like an assfuck- I left another message a week later (maybe he spends ALL his time in the little boy's room with pictures of perps).

After giving this jerk off two weeks to get back to me, I wrote the Wyoming Attorney General and the U.S. Attorney and complained. Haller was apparently still masturbating in the little boys room- too busy to call me back and say anything.

That's when he sent two DCI thugs to my house to threaten me into silence about him.

It worked for two years (2006-2008)
